A traditional rectangular softbox that is widely suitable for both product photography and portrait photography.

The most obvious differences between the different softbox shapes (Square, Rectangular, Octagon, Hexadecagon) are in how they reflect the shape of the light source back. That is, how the shape of the light source appears, for example, in the eye of a person being photographed or in product photography, for example, on the surface of a shiny bottle. Square and rectangular softboxes are designed to imitate window light.
