A deep softbox resembling a tulip, with a hexadecagon structure, i.e. a structure consisting of 16 frame sticks (twice as many as an octabox). Thanks to this structure, the softbox is almost round. The shape brings a circular reflection (catch light) into the subject's eyes and provides a smoother transition of light and shadow.
Tip: If you want a parabolic softbox that is easier to disassemble and assemble, check out Godox's QR series here
The characteristics of a deep parabolic softbox include that the light is directed more precisely straight forward and not 180 degrees like a normal softbox, so the light does not escape to the sides.
The two included diffuser fabrics make it easy to limit the light and adjust the softness of the light.
Godox softboxes are available in three sizes: 90cm and 120cm
As a rough guideline, the smallest of these is suitable for face, bust and half-body shots, and the largest for half-body and full-body shots. Please note that it all depends on your shooting style.
Sales package includes: Godox P Parabolic softbox, 2 pieces of diffuser cloth, carrying bag
