Gitzo GT1542 Mountaineer Series 1 Tripod

The GT1542 carbon fiber tripod is very light, only 1.28kg. It is therefore ideal for both nature trips and more advanced professional trips. Despite its lightness, the tripod is sturdy and can support a load of up to 10kg.

The removable center tube allows the tripod to be as low as 15 cm. The removable rubber feet can be replaced with ice/grass spikes, making the tripod stable in a variety of shooting environments. If needed, additional stability can be achieved by hanging a backpack or sandbag on the hook at the bottom of the center tube.

The GLock Ultra leg lock is quick and easy to use. An additional sealing ring makes the tripod even more durable by reducing dirt from getting between the lock and inside the legs.

Gitzo GH1382QD Series 1 Ball Head with Quick Release Plate

An aluminum ball head with a WS2 coating on the ball. The coating makes the ball move smoothly. The ball head also has a friction control button on the locking joint. The GH1382QD is therefore precisely adjustable, yet smooth-moving.

It also comes with an Arca-Swiss compatible, short GS5370SD quick release plate, which is suitable for use with other Arca-Swiss quick release plates and plates with a Gitzo D-profile.
