The DJI Zenmuse V1 is a microphone solution designed specifically for the Matrice 400 series professional drone, which improves the drone's capabilities in rescue missions, search operations, and other official activities.

The speaker produces a sound pressure level of up to 127–129 dB at a distance of one meter. In windless conditions, sound can be carried effectively up to 500–700 meters.

Like DJI's previous speakers, the Zenmuse V1 supports live recording and broadcasting, real-time text-to-speech, and playback of pre-made audio files (MP3, AAC, WAV) via the DJI Pilot 2 app on the controller. When the speaker is in use, a speaker control button appears on the right side of the controller screen.

The Zenmuse V1 is equipped with single-axis stabilization (tilt) and the speaker direction can be synchronized with the drone's other payloads, allowing, for example, light and sound to always be directed in the same direction as the camera. The device has built-in background noise suppression.

The Zenmuse V1 weighs 690 grams and the speaker is IP54 rated. Compatible with DJI Matrice 350 RTK, Matrice 300 RTK (requires DJI RC Plus controller) and Matrice 400 drones.
