The A2033L is a C-Stand, or tripod, with legs that can be set at any angle you want. The top leg can also be raised higher, allowing the light stand to be assembled on uneven surfaces or even in the middle of a staircase and still keep the center tube straight.

The center tube of the stand consists of three tubes and two locks. The locks on the tubes are opened and tightened with large metal wing screws.
