Amaran's Halo series is a budget-friendly yet powerful, reliable and versatile Bi-Color COB. This series is designed for content creators, videographers and photographers looking for a balance between light output and compact size.

The Amara Halo 100x is a member of the Halo series, offering a rather large 84W output for its size - reaching a luminous efficacy of 4890lux at 1 meter. This is around 34% more than the older Amara 100x S COB, and yet it is only a third of the size of its predecessor.

In addition to being able to power the light from any USB-C PD power source, the Halo 100x also supports the amaran Ace E-Lock mount, which allows you to snap on the amaran Peak battery (sold separately). This battery gives you up to 35 minutes of shooting time at 100% maximum power, completely cord-free.

For ease of use, the light has its own control knobs on the side for both brightness and color temperature. The light can be connected to your phone in seconds with a simple NFC touch, making it easy to control the entire set over Bluetooth with the amaran app.

Halo series lights support DMX control via USB-C connection, you only need a separately purchased USB-C to 5-pin DMX In & Out adapter.
