The 3 Legged Thing Punks Brian 2.0 is an updated version of the iconic carbon fiber travel tripod, now equipped with the video-optimized Airhed Trinity head. This combination offers an exceptional 186 cm maximum height and smooth movement, making it the perfect companion for videographers, birdwatchers, and telescope users.

Smooth motion for videography: The included Airhed Trinity video head is a magnesium alloy pan and tilt head designed specifically for videographers and those shooting with long lenses. It offers 360-degree pan and wide 170-degree vertical tilt with complete control.

Renewed 2.0 technology

With the Punks 2.0 series, the leg locking mechanisms have been redesigned, providing better stability and durability. The tripod's Tri-Mount top plate has three slots for accessories, and the 1/4"-20 thread on the frame allows you to attach, for example, a monitor arm or LED light. The two-piece center tube is also removable and rotatable, allowing for shooting right from ground level.

The tripod is extremely versatile: all three legs are detachable. They can be used alone as a monopod or connected to the center tube to create an extra-long light stand. You can also convert the whole thing into a sturdy tabletop tripod by purchasing the 3LT Vanz feet, which are available separately. If you shoot a lot on soft terrain, we recommend completing the package with the manufacturer's Terra Claw spikes.
