In this guide, we will focus on three types of LED lights:

• For LED panels, which are most often used in videography, vlogging or content production, but are sometimes also used in portrait photography, for example.
• LED monolights, which offer versatile solutions for both photography and videography. Monolights include daylight-balanced LEDs (COB lights) and LEDs with adjustable color temperature (Bi-color lights).
• Effect lights that enable creative lighting solutions in both photo and video photography.

LED monolights are versatile LED lights suitable for both video and still photography, depending somewhat on their light output.
