In addition, the Crane M2S stabilizes compact cameras such as the Canon G7 X III, smartphones, and action cameras (with a separate adapter), so this is a very versatile device if you do video production with sturdy cameras and spontaneously with your phone.

The Zhiyun Crane M2S has a battery life of about ten hours, and you can also charge the device via a power bank while it is in use. You can also charge your camera or phone directly via the Crane M2 using the cable. This means you can handle even longer filming sessions with this device.

The Zhiyun Tech Crane M2 features wireless connectivity and is compatible with the free ZY Play software (available for Apple and Google smart devices). ZY Play enables new shooting modes such as timelapse shooting and automatic panoramas. Bluetooth and Wifi compatibility also allow you to control compatible camera models directly from the stabilizer without additional cables.

Weighing only 500g, the Crane-M stabilizer has a 1/4" tripod thread on the bottom, so the stabilizer can be attached to a tripod for balancing, for example. You can also attach a monopod to the 1/4" screw slot, for example, so you can make great jib lifts with the gimbal. A small table stand is included with the stabilizer.

Balancing is easy and much easier than a steadicam. Balancing is also made easier by the lockable axes, meaning you can balance the camera one joint at a time, so you can quickly find the center of gravity.
