The Smooth Q3 is lighter and smaller than its predecessor, the Zhiyun Smooth Q2 , but the payload is better in this updated version. In addition, the gimbal's usability has been improved, including updated design and button placement.

The Smooth Q3 also comes with its own ZY Cami app, which allows you to get more out of your gimbal. The app allows for gesture control or tracking of a desired object with the SmartFollow 3.0 feature, among other things.

In addition, you can edit and share your videos through the app. With the SMART selection, you can easily add effects, music and filters to your videos. The Dolly Zoom effect is also available in the ZY Cami app.

One of the new features of the ZY Cami app is the MagicClone Pano function, which allows you to combine multiple images into one panorama. You can even be in each image yourself, making the finished image look like the same person is in it multiple times.

There is also a Premium version of the ZY Cami app available, which, in addition to the basic version features, includes AILIVE streaming, instant video editing, and ZY Remo.
