Includes portable multi-camera live streaming on a single device

A long list, meaning that in practice this one device allows for multi-camera broadcast, mixing and monitoring directly. Great for gig use and small productions. You can connect up to five image sources to the device, for example two cameras, a USB stick and an SD memory card, and one source via the internet. In addition, the Yolobox has one HDMI output.

The device's touchscreen is used as an image mixer, meaning you can select the image signal coming to the web stream by touching it directly. In addition, the device allows you to add logos or graphics and picture-in-picture effects. In addition, the device has a line-level audio input, for example for an audio signal coming from a separate mixing desk or microphone. In addition, the Yolobox includes a headphone jack for monitoring

The incoming video signal must be 720P or FullHD. The outgoing file can be selected as 540p, 720p or 1080p, depending on the selection and the bandwidth in use. The h264 codec is used for compression. In addition to transmission, the video can be stored internally on an SD memory card.

Connection option for live streaming

Yololiv includes a slot for a SIM card, meaning 4G connections are available directly. In addition, there is wireless transmission via WiFi and a traditional Ethernet network connection via a standard RJ45 connector.

Yolobox supports transferring video broadcasts to three different services simultaneously , meaning that, for example, Facebook live and YouTube broadcasts can be done at the same time.

Yololiv has announced that the device will receive frequent updates. This means that additional features or reliability improvements are known. This also means that if Facebook or Youtube change their streaming requirements, for example, Yololiv can update the device to support easy connection establishment. There is also adjustable support according to the RMTP protocol, which means that the settings can also be screwed into the device manually.

Also suitable for gig use

The device has an internal battery, which lasts for about three hours of transmission. This means that Yolobox can be thrown on a camera or gimbal and, for example, live interviews at events can be done without worrying about power outlets.

The battery can be charged directly using the USB-C connector, so a normal power bank can act as a backup power source and charging can be done with any USB power source.
