Westcott Mini Boom Arm with counterweight
The Westcott Mini Boom Arm allows you to position and direct lights in places that are impossible to reach with tripods alone. In addition to lights, you can also use the boom to direct a microphone, for example.
The articulated boom attaches to the 5/8" (16mm) stud mount on the light stand. We recommend a very sturdy light stand to go with this.
The boom length is 79 - 144 cm. When extended to its maximum length, the boom has a load capacity of 5 kg.
There is a mounting point for a counterweight at one end of the boom. This means you can attach the included sandbag to it, for example.
