The Viltrox DC-550 II is a touchscreen monitor with a bright 1400 cd/m2 display, suitable for use in bright lighting conditions. It supports DCI/UHD 4K60 video via HDMI connections.

The monitor supports the camera's Live View image and offers a variety of image management tools, including focus peaking, color temperature, hue, 1:1 pixel magnification, brightness, contrast, and customizable anamorphic de-squeeze aspect ratios. Audio monitoring is possible via the built-in speaker or 3.5mm headphone jack.

Updated waveform displays can be freely positioned on the screen, and three zoom levels are available to facilitate detailed image analysis.

Importing 3D LUT color maps and firmware updates are done via the USB port or with a memory card via the SD card slot. The DC-550 II uses a separately purchased DC or USB-C adapter or Sony NP-F type batteries as a power source.

The monitor has a 1/4" thread and the included clip allows you to attach the monitor to the camera's or frame's accessory shoe. A foldable sunshade is also included, which reduces reflections in bright shooting locations.
