The Vallerret Markhof Pro V4 collection is designed for everyday shooting in mid-winter conditions. The snug-fitting glove combines effective thermal insulation and reliable weather protection with a direct camera feel, helping to keep your hands warm without sacrificing the dexterity required to operate controls and buttons.

Note: The Markhof Pro V4 is cut for a tight fit. We recommend checking your size in the size chart and choosing the larger size if you are unsure between sizes or want a slightly more relaxed fit.

Winter photography requires perfect balance of equipment: when composing a shot while standing still, the wind quickly stiffens your fingers, but making small adjustments to the camera in traditional, clunky winter gloves is almost impossible. On the other hand, constantly taking off your gloves will freeze your hands in an instant.

The Markhof Pro V4 solves this problem by combining high-performance weather materials with smart functionality. The magnetically-equipped FlipTech finger flaps open from the index finger and thumb in a split second and lock back out of the way, giving you instant and precise access to the camera's dials, buttons and touchscreen. The pre-curved cut that follows the natural position of the hand and the non-slip print pattern on the palm ensure a secure grip on the camera, even in cold conditions.

Although the glove was developed with photographers in mind, it is also ideal for other demanding winter activities, outdoor activities and hiking. The pivoting fingertips make it easy to make fine adjustments and handle small equipment without having to take off the entire glove.
