CFExpress Type A memory card type offers the incredible speed of CFExpress cards but is physically the size of an SD memory card. Compatible with newer Sony SLR cameras. These CFexpress 4.0 cards are up to twice as fast as the previous generation Sony TOUGH series cards.

It's fast enough to shoot 4K, 6K and even 8K Raw video, as well as the most action-packed situations where burst shooting is the order of the day. It also speeds up your workflow. With a Video Performance Guarantee 400 (VPG 400) rating, write speeds never drop below 400 MB/s.

Note: CFExpress Type A and Type B cards are not compatible with each other. This card is a smaller Type A model.

The Sony 960GB CFexpress 4.0 Type A is part of Sony's Tough range, meaning it can withstand larger drops, higher temperatures and UV radiation than a normal card.
