Sony 640GB CFexpress Type A TOUGH memory card
The CFExpress Type A memory card type offers the blazing speed of CFExpress cards but is physically the size of an SD memory card. The first camera compatible with this card type is the Sony a7S Mark III.
Note: CFExpress Type A and Type B cards are not compatible with each other. This card is a smaller Type A model.
The Sony 320GB CFExpress Type A is part of Sony's Tough range. This means it can withstand larger drops, higher temperatures and UV radiation than a normal card. You can check the condition of the card with Sony's free Media Scan tool
