SmallRig 6172 is an external optical viewfinder that easily attaches to your camera's hot shoe. The silicone pad on the bottom protects the hot shoe from scratches and wear. For full-frame cameras, the viewfinder offers a 35mm equivalent angle of view, and for APS-C cameras, it is recommended to use it with a 23mm lens.

The optics, consisting of five high-quality glass groups, offer up to 93% light transmission and a bright, clear view. Built-in 3:2 crop lines make it easy to compose and outline the image area.

Note: The viewfinder has a fixed -0.52D diopter and 15.5mm eye relief. It is also suitable for eyeglass wearers.
