SmallRig 5305 x Potato Jet TRIBEX SE Hydraulic Tripod with Video Head Kit

This aluminum-framed tripod set is the TRIBEX SE model (Standard Edition), which means it has a more affordable aluminum construction but the same ideas and construction as the other tripods in the series. Smallrig's Tribex tripods were designed in collaboration with Potato Jet, so everything the content creator with over a million followers wanted has been realized.

The set includes a stable tripod and a liquid-damped head designed for video shooting.

The liquid-damped video head is designed to perform even in professional video shooting. The head has fixed pan and tilt resistance, making it easy to use. The video head has a preset 4 kg counterweight, which helps keep medium-sized cameras balanced when tilted. The head has a maximum load capacity of 6 kg.

The video head uses a "Snap-on" quick-release mount, where the camera can be pressed into place directly from above, which is faster than the traditional sliding from the side. The mounting plate is compatible with DJI RS series stabilizers as well as the Manfrotto 501PL standard. This allows the camera to be moved from the gimbal to a tripod without changing the base plate.

The tripod legs and the central tube are made of aluminum alloy. The angle of the legs can be adjusted to three different positions (22°, 55°, 81°), and if necessary, a mechanism allows the legs to be spread out to an angle of up to 90 degrees. This allows shooting from a low height, as low as 25 cm. The central tube has a hook for additional weight for increased stability.

The stand has 1/4"-20 threads for attaching a monitor or microphone, for example (with a magic arm). The stand folds down to a transport length of 72cm with the video head.
