SmallRig 2947 is a camera-specific L-bracket from the manufacturer. The L-bracket fits perfectly on the Nikon Z6/Z7 and Z6II/Z7II bodies.

SmallRig 2947 Angle Rail allows full access to the camera's battery door, USB port, HDMI port, mic jack, and other ports on the sides of the camera. Simply pull the side handle of the rail outwards.

Both the base plate and the side rail are Arca compatible, so the rail attaches to Arca-Swiss ends. The side piece can be pulled out 24mm if you need space for cable attachments, for example.

The L-Bracket has several 1/4' female threads on the side where you can attach additional accessories.
