Designed by Peak Design for photographers who travel a lot by air, who walk long distances in airport terminals or from one location to another, this tote bag can hold a fair amount of camera equipment while still meeting the dimensions acceptable for carry-on luggage (check your airline's carry-on luggage requirements).
For the bag, Peak Design designed a new type of carbon fiber pull handle that doesn't take up space inside the bag like traditional handles. It's also more durable and won't bend or warp like telescopic handles. A polycarbonate inner frame and padding protect your belongings, and the Versa Shell outer fabric, familiar from previous Peak Design bags, provides packing flexibility.
The bag can accommodate the following storage compartments:
There is a separate zippered pocket on the front for items that are convenient to access quickly when traveling, such as a passport, glasses, phones and headphones. The same pocket also has a padded laptop pocket that can hold a maximum of a 16" laptop.
Inside the lid, the main compartments have a panel with three transparent zippered pockets, which are handy for storing smaller accessories such as batteries, memory cards, etc. There is a little more storage space behind this panel, and if you need a little more depth for packing, the panel can be rolled out of the way.
The zippers are weatherproof and can be locked together with a lock that can be purchased separately. In addition to the pull handle, there are also padded carrying handles on the sides and, with the included accessories, you can attach a tripod to the outside of the bag if necessary. The bag has several hidden pockets for, for example, an Airtag.
