The LUMIX G VARIO 12-60mm f/3.5-5.6 ASPH. POWER OIS is equivalent to a focal length of 24-120mm on a 35mm film camera. With a splash- and dust-resistant construction, this 5x zoom lens is suitable for everyday use, from dynamic landscapes to portraits. Dual IS compatibility (image stabilization) allows you to shoot handheld in all situations.

Thanks to its internal focusing system and powerful stepping motor, the new LUMIX G VARIO 12-60mm / F3.5-5.6 ASPH. / POWER OIS lens enables smooth and quiet operation with the camera's fast and highly accurate contrast focusing for both stills and video. It also supports 240fps readout from the sensor, making it possible to take advantage of the ultra-fast autofocus of the latest cameras. This also allows for 4K video recording with precise focus.

In addition, the 0.54x magnification (cinema equivalent) allows for stunning macro photography. The 11-element, 9-group construction includes three aspherical lenses and an ED (Extra-low Dispersion) element, which effectively reduces distortion and chromatic aberration, enabling stunning image quality.
