Nikon DK-5 Eyepiece Cap
The Nikon DK-5 is installed in place of the original eyecup, preventing excess light from entering the images from the viewfinder.
When taking pictures with the self-timer or remote control, remove the viewfinder eyecup and attach the DK-5 eyepiece cap. This prevents light entering the viewfinder from affecting exposure in autoexposure modes.
