The rugged Pro Trekker BP 550 AW II camera backpack from bag manufacturer Lowepro is designed for photographers and videographers who spend a lot of time out in nature, chasing animals or landscapes. This camera backpack is a "beast" when you consider what it can hold - up to three bodies, one body with a 400mm lens, several smaller lenses, and a lot of other photography equipment.

Part of LowePro's Green Line sustainability project. In the updated Green Line version, 73% of the fabrics used in the backpack are recycled.

What makes this backpack unique is that it can be divided into two parts if needed. The top part of the backpack detaches to become a shoulder bag for those situations when you don't need to carry the backpack and all your photography equipment. Without the top part, the Pro Trekker 550 AW II backpack fits into most airlines' carry-on luggage dimensions.

As is customary with Lowepro, this camera backpack is made of high-quality, durable materials that will stand up to heavy use. The materials used are durable Nylon 840D, polyester 500D Kodra, and nylon 420D Ripstop. The backpack also has an integrated rain cover that protects the contents of the backpack against water and dust.

The comfortably designed carrying system helps distribute the weight of heavy equipment across the entire body. The backpack has a thick, contoured back, profiled shoulder straps, and a sturdy hip belt that can also be removed.
