The charging hub charges the batteries one after the other. Charge the battery with the least charge first, i.e. the one that charges the fastest. Once that battery is charged, the next battery will be charged. It takes approximately 180 minutes, or 3 hours, to charge all three batteries with the DJI 30W USB-C Charger.
