The charging hub charges the batteries one after the other. Charge the battery with the least charge first, i.e. the one that charges the fastest. Once that battery is charged, the next battery will be charged. It takes about 87 minutes to charge all three batteries, or about 1.5 hours with the DJI 65W USB-C Charger.
