The Canon Powershot GOLF laser rangefinder measures up to 730 meters. It is designed for golfers who want to improve their skills. In addition to being a rangefinder, it is also a camera that can shoot 3840 × 2880 JPEG stills and FullHD videos.

The use of laser rangefinders that measure elevation differences is prohibited in golf competitions. The Powershot GOLF is approved for tournament use as Slope Mode can be disabled. A flashing blue indicator light shows others that you are playing by the rules.
