The Canon BP-A30N is the latest battery version of the BP-A30 battery commonly used in Canon camcorders.

Compared to the previous model, the BP-A30N battery offers improved power delivery. The battery is designed specifically for the new full-cell C400 and C80 camcorders, which demand more from their batteries than before. The BP-A30N version also features charge level check bars directly on the battery.

The BP-A30N is backward compatible with all cameras using the BP-A30 and BP-A60 battery types.

Compatible with C400, C80, C500 Mark II, C300 Mark III, C300 Mark II, C200, C70, XF705 and XF605, among others.
