amaran Lantern 65 Softbox

Amaran Lantern 65 Softbox

The Amaran Lantern 65 is a 65 cm wide, omnidirectional light shaper designed to fill spaces with soft, natural ambient light. Its spherical shape transforms a hard, point-like LED light into a soft, 360-degree light source in seconds – making it an ideal solution for home studios and dynamic shooting situations.

The Lantern 65 uses a quick, push-to-release mechanism that effortlessly snaps the shape into place. This eliminates the stiffness of traditional softboxes and lets you focus on your creative work. The lightweight design, weighing just 800 grams, and the included carrying case ensure that professional-grade fill lighting is easy to take with you on the go, whether you’re interviewing, producing video, or shooting on location.

Main features:

• 360-degree uniform lighting: Produces a very soft and wide light that spreads evenly in all directions, creating a natural atmosphere without harsh shadows.
• Lightning-fast "Quick-Build" setup: The easy-to-use push-button mounting mechanism allows you to assemble and disassemble the light shaper in seconds.
• Universal Bowens Mount: Perfect compatibility with almost all Bowens-mounted lights, from the compact Amara COB series to the more powerful Amara 300c model.
• Ideal for general and fill lighting: An excellent choice for situations where you want to increase the overall light level (ambient fill) of the entire space in a soft and balanced way.
• Ultra-light and travel-friendly: Weighs just 800g and packs down into a very small space, making it the perfect companion for the mobile content creator.

Compatibility: All lights with Bowens mount (e.g. Amaran Ray and COB series).

The package includes: Amaran Lantern 65 light shaper, durable frame construction and carrying case.
