Long slider rails that attach to tripods tend to sag from side to side during use, especially if there is a heavy camera on the rail and the center of gravity shifts to the far edge of the rail.

This Support Rod set keeps your tripod-mounted slider straight without tilting or sagging. The slider is supported directly on the tube of your tripod. In addition to the slider, the support is also suitable for many other devices - for example, at the level of a teleprompter.

The rod has a clamp at one end that attaches to a tripod tube up to 55mm thick. The other end has a small ball head with a 1/4" thumb screw. The length of the support arm is adjustable between 49-76cm.
