In addition, there are some really interesting new products for videographers in the future, Nikon acquired the company that makes RED film cameras and it has been hinted that this technology will also be transferred to Nikon's new models.
Nikon has traditionally had a strong foothold in nature photography, and today its products are top-notch for capturing Finnish nature and wildlife. Here are a few highlights of what Nikon Pro equipment includes.
System cameras
The Nikon Z9 and Z8 flagship models are now part of our range and offer high megapixel counts, fast autofocus and continuous shooting combined with Nikon's traditional strengths such as the usability and durability of the body. And of course, the image quality is also top-notch.
The speed of sensor technology is demonstrated by the fact that these cameras do not have a traditional mechanical shutter at all. Exposure takes place directly on the image sensor, without moving parts.
New telephoto lenses
This fits in with the theme of nature photography again. Nikon had telephoto lenses for SLR cameras that used a new Phase Freshnel special lens, and this technology has been further refined in new versions suitable for mirrorless cameras.
In practice, PF technology means lighter and smaller lenses. For example, a 600mm focal length, 28cm length and less than 1.5kg weight is an unprecedented combination.
In addition, the new Z series cameras now feature autofocus with 1.4x and 2x teleconverters. Nikon's Pro series includes fixed telephoto lenses as well as the versatile Z 100-400mm.
