Westcott M6 Multi-Mount Tripod Plate with spigot
With the M6 quick plate adapter, you can turn a normal camera tripod into a lighting tripod.
The quick release plate attaches to almost all Arca-Swiss or Manfrotto RC2 tripod heads. There is a 5/8" (16mm) stud on the top of the quick release plate, which is where you can attach a studio light, for example. The stud has a standard 1/4 male thread.
