Customer returns for online purchases

There is a 30-day right of exchange and return for orders. This period is calculated from the time the package is picked up from a Posti or Matkahuolto service point or parcel locker. You have the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Exchanges and returns are free of charge for domestic customers.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, returns must be notified in advance. Please notify us of the return by email at asiakaspalvelu@kameraliike.fi.

Unclaimed package

Uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled.

Failure to collect a paid package does not constitute a return. Failure to collect a package is not a customer return. If the package is returned undelivered and the tracking code confirms non-delivery, we will charge a return and handling fee of €19.90 for the order.
