Are you interested in the image quality, stylish film simulations and good usability of the super popular Fuji X100VI, but would you like to use focal lengths other than 35mm, for example for landscape or portrait photography? The Fuji X-T50 could be a great answer to this!
The Fuji X-T50 is just as good for photographers as the X100VI. It comes with adjustment dials for exposure compensation, shutter speed, and most lenses allow you to adjust the aperture directly. Now the camera also has its own dial for selecting film simulation! By turning the dial, you can browse through different simulations and a fun animation appears on the camera screen, showing the selection and the film roll icon. After this, the film simulation is enabled and you get a stylishly toned image directly to your memory card, ready to share.

Fuji's X100VI was a masterpiece of how to fit an effective internal image stabilizer into a small body, and the same is now used in this new body! The stabilization power is 7 stops, which is the same as the top model X-T5. The previous version of this camera series (X-T30 II) did not have stabilization at all, so this is a big improvement.
Fuji has options for a wide range of users and we are happy to help you choose the camera that is best for you. This X-T50 is the choice for beginners and even more advanced photographers. If you need weather protection, two card slots, a more accurate viewfinder and a larger battery, the X-T5 is the recommended choice.
The Fuji X-S20 offers a slightly different camera interface and slightly better video capabilities than the X-T50.
The Fuji X-H2 and X-H2S are basically professional models for video and photography.
If terms like Prores, Full Size HDMI and oversampling don't excite you, then this X-T50 is a great device for video shooting too. But the X-T50 is a surprisingly versatile device for video too!
Since the electronics of the device have been borrowed from the X-T5 body, there are also benefits, i.e. there is video recording at up to 6.2K resolution. There is also an option for oversampled 4K video made with a small 1.23 crop, which is very good in quality, or created from the entire sensor area without cropping but with a small loss of quality. 4K 60P recording is also possible, and in this case the crop is a small 1.14x.
There are also a lot of small but surprisingly useful features for video recording. A red frame appears on the screen when video recording is in progress, and the camera also has tally lights on the front and back so you know on both sides of the camera when footage is being recorded.
And for small production use, you can export the video to an external device such as the Atomos Ninja as RAW. Internally, you can also record 10-bit HLG HDR videos and wide-gamut F-Log.
Especially in 40 megapixel images and when using fast lenses, autofocus is very important. This X-T50 borrows the modern and fast autofocus familiar from the more expensive X-T5 body. There is no artificial intelligence in the camera as advertised, but the algorithms have been trained on millions of different subject variations.
And this is reflected in the camera's better ability to recognize objects such as vehicles (cars, various airplanes, motorcycles, bicycles, trains), animals (birds, dogs, horses) and of course people (even with masks and glasses). In addition, when shooting videos, you can touch the desired object directly on the screen and the camera will focus, also tracking movement.
In addition to face detection, the camera has eye-detection focus, which must be activated separately and can be programmed to work directly with a single button.
The body is completely new, meaning it doesn't directly resemble the X-T30 II. It's a little wider, but it's still a bit thinner despite the added stabilizer.
We have already discussed the exposure time and sensitivity adjustments several times before, but the camera also has another adjustment wheel at the thumb and index finger positions, which also have a button function.
Headphones can be connected to the camera via the included USB-C adapter and there is a dedicated 3.5mm jack for the microphone. The battery is the same as the previous model, the NP-W126S, but thanks to the new processor, you can get more photos on a single charge.
Sales package includes: FUJIFILM X-T50 black body, battery NP-W126S, power supply, USB cable, headphone adapter, strap
