A drone with an on-screen controller, a whopping 46 minutes of flight time and two cameras. Lots of features at a lower price than the Mavic 3 Pro.
This set includes an accessory pack , i.e. 2 extra batteries, a charging hub, a shoulder bag and 3 extra pairs of spare propellers.
The DJI Air 3 is the first drone outside the DJI Mavic 3 series to feature a second camera with a telephoto lens - this means there's a traditional 24mm wide-angle lens with an f/1.7 aperture and a 70mm lens with an f/2.8 aperture.
Why buy the DJI Air 3 over the DJI Mini 3 Pro? The Mini 3 Pro is a great little drone, but the Air 3 comes with two cameras for more flexibility. The Air 3 also offers better battery life, omnidirectional obstacle detection, better range, and more internal storage.
Air 3 or Mavic 3 Pro? If you're looking for one drone that can do many things without having to pay the maximum amount, the Air 3 is your choice. Of course, for the higher price of the Mavic 3 Pro you get a third camera, with a large 4/3-inch image sensor for better image quality for both stills and video.
The DJI Air 3 has a C-marking C1, so this falls into the A1 category after a transition period. The remote pilot must complete an online exam . Read more here
The DJI Air 3 drone contains two cameras - a wide-angle camera and a telephoto camera.
Both the main camera and the telephoto camera have the same size 1/1.3' inch image sensor, so both cameras produce the same quality images. DJI itself emphasizes that there is no difference between the footage from the wide-angle and telephoto lenses, and the footage is not color-corrected in post-processing. This should make it easier and faster to share aerial images and videos on social media, for example.
Everyone is used to the traditional drone-style 24mm focal length, so the 70mm focal length is something that has been longed for in aerial photography. With the narrow angle of view of a medium telephoto camera, the perspective is close to what the human eye sees, and subjects can be captured more dynamically and vividly.

The DJI Air3 comes with a 4241 mAh (62.6Wh) battery that provides up to 46 minutes of flight time in ideal conditions, which is about 40% more than the previous Air2S. Flight time is affected by many factors, and you can only get close to the maximum time in ideal conditions and when you are not recording video, a realistic 35-38 minutes is still excellent.
