The cardioid condenser microphone capsule reduces distracting background noise and focuses the recording pattern on the front of the camera. The integrated vibration-damping foot reduces the sound of camera mechanisms being transferred to the audio track. TRS and TRRS output cables allow audio recording for both SLR cameras, camcorders and smartphones.
