Now it's stylish! This new Nikon camera has a vintage look, but it's technically a modern mirrorless system camera. The usability has also been refined to a traditional level, with shutter speed and sensitivity adjusted via coarse dials on the top of the camera.
Technically, the Nikon Z fc is very similar to the Nikon Z50 camera. The most obvious differences, after the appearance, are the vari-angle screen and USB-C power supply. This means you can power your camera directly via the USB port even while shooting.
In addition, the Z fc camera also features eye detection autofocus during video recording. The animal detection feature, familiar from the Nikon Z 6II , has also been added. Thanks to the updated Nikon SnapBridge, the Nikon Z fc can also be used for streaming or video conferencing using the Webcam Utility.
The camera's settings can be adjusted either via the touchscreen or using the very traditional adjustment dials found on the top of the camera.
Take the retro feel a little further with the FTZ adapter , which allows you to attach old manual-control F-series lenses to the Nikon Z fc body.
