The Canon RF 55-210mm is a great addition to a 15-45mm kit lens for shooting distant subjects. The STM focusing motor is quiet and also well suited for video recording, working with the cameras' new intelligent focusing features.

The lens also has optical image stabilization, and when shooting with the EOS R50 body, the stabilization effect is 5.5 stops. The EOS R7 cameras also use in-body stabilization, and the total stabilization effect is 7 stops.
