SmallRig 5908 Cage for Alpha 1 II & Alpha 9 III with Vertical Grip VG-C5 is a camera cage that offers versatile mounting options and protects the camera from scratches with integrated silicone pads. It is securely attached at the bottom with a 1/4"-20 screw and at the sides with two M2.5 screws.

The cage has plenty of mounting holes: 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16 and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes for accessories such as top and side handles, monitor mounts and magic arms. Two cold shoe mounts allow for the installation of microphones and LED lights. The base has an integrated Arca-Swiss quick release for DJI RS and RS Pro stabilizers, allowing for quick transitions from hand arm, stabilizer and tripod. On the front, a 1/4"-20 locating hole supports single rod mounts for 15 mm rods and accessories such as follow focus systems.

The cage also features a belt loop for wrist straps and a QD socket for shoulder straps. A built-in double-headed wrench at the bottom makes assembly and disassembly easy.
