The Joby Swing motorized mini slider is made for anyone who wants a whole new angle for their videos. This Joby motorized slider is easy to program to film with your phone (or an action camera that is attached to the mini slider with your phone) so that the phone moves independently.

The phone's camera can be used with the slider as the main camera for filming, or as a secondary camera so that the phone is constantly moving back and forth in its trajectory. This allows for nice changes in angles for editing.

To adjust and control the device, the Joby Swing connects to a smart device via Bluetooth, so the Joby Motion App iOS / Android application installed on the smart device acts as a controller.

The Joby Spin contains a battery that provides approximately 1.5 hours of use on a full charge.

Note, this motorized mini slider is used with the Joby Motion App and the app controls the slider's trajectory. Since the App shows the shooting result, i.e. the slider's trajectory during the shooting, i.e. the app controls the phone's camera, this device is not suitable for shooting with a camera. With the combination of an action camera and a phone, you can shoot with a little effort by using the action camera's own shooting and the phone showing the trajectory.

The motorized phone slider can be used for stylish time-lapse photography and all videography where you want the phone to move itself and thus add movement to the video. A moving phone camera always makes the photography more lively and functional. The motorized slider makes the movements smooth and professional, and the image does not include the shaking of the phone camera.

Tip! Temporarily disable optical image stabilization and other image stabilization features in your phone's settings, as they may add judder and extra movement to the image.

The Joby Swing motorized mini slider has a load capacity of 600g. If you use the ball head and phone holder included in this kit for filming with a phone, the maximum weight of the phone is 530g.
