The Walimex Pro Macro LED ring light contains 44 high-performance LEDs, so the light is even. It is especially suitable for close-up photography, whether the subject is plants, valuable collectibles or medical use. Most often, a ring flash is used for these purposes, but the use of an LED light makes it easier to assess exposure and reflections and also works in video shooting.

The light output can be adjusted between 1/1 and 1/8 of the aperture, and the power of the left and right sides can be adjusted separately if you want to emphasize surface shapes, for example.

The power unit, which uses AA batteries or rechargeable batteries, is attached to the camera's hot shoe, for example. The same unit also controls the light settings.

It comes with 49, 52, 55, 58, 62 and 67mm adapters that attach to the lens' filter thread. Thanks to this comprehensive set, this light works with almost every close-up lens on the market and most kit lenses.
