A versatile ND filter package for nature photography. 5 different strengths of ND filters allow for creative shooting in a variety of lighting conditions. With these, you can, for example, make water look silky smooth in daylight. Moderate strength ND filters are also useful for video shooting in bright weather.

The Urth Plus+ filter series uses German B270 SCHOTT glass with a 20-layer nano coating, which makes the filter easier to clean and provides better protection against water, oil and scratches.
1. You can shoot with large apertures in bright environments without the image being overexposed. For example, a sunny summer day outside, a clear winter day with white snow, or a brightly lit environment. For example, when you want a short depth of field but even if you set the ISO to the lowest value, the image will still be overexposed.
2. You can also use slow shutter speeds during the day. This is useful when you want to emphasize movement, for example waterfalls, traffic, rivers, clouds, smoke, people, etc.
3. You control the shutter speed when shooting video in different lighting conditions. The rule of thumb is that the shutter speed should be twice the frame rate. For example, if you are shooting at 24fps, the shutter speed should be 1/48. When shooting at 100fps, the shutter speed should be 1/200. The lighting and light conditions may be such that the camera cannot handle them without overexposure, so an ND filter helps with this.
