SmallRig 6114 Cage is a full-fledged professional camera cage designed specifically for Sony Alpha 7R V, 7 IV, 7S III, 1, 7R IV and 7 V cameras when using Sony's own VG-C4EM vertical base (battery grip). The cage attaches to the bottom of the camera with a sturdy 1/4"-20 screw and dual side locks, which completely prevents the camera from twisting or swaying. Multiple silicone pads on the inside protect the camera body from scratches. The precisely shaped cage keeps all camera buttons, card slots, battery door and connectors accessible.

The cage has an integrated Arca-Swiss standard quick-release plate at the bottom, allowing for a lightning-fast transition from handheld shooting directly to compatible tripods or gimbals. It offers direct native compatibility with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, RS 4 Pro, and RS 5 gimbals without the need for additional plates. The body also features a QD socket for QD shoulder straps, strap loops for wrist straps, and a magnetic double-ended tool at the bottom for installation.
