Smallrig 3196 Mini Matte Box - lens hood for video shooting

Lightweight and compact Matte Box for video and landscape photography. The adjustable carbon fiber and matte-coated top cap, or flag, allows you to control reflections and the amount of backlight even in demanding conditions. The cap can be folded down to protect both filters and the lens surface.

It is possible to add a 10x14.3cm plate filter to the lens hood using the included holder. Two filter holders are included in the Matte Box, two at a time.

The filter holders have a silicone surface that holds the filter securely and securely. There is a handle on the side of the holder, so you don't get fingerprints on the plate filters.

The Smallrig 3196 lens hood comes with a 95mm clamp that allows you to attach the mini matte box directly to a lens of the appropriate size. The included 67-95mm, 72-95mm, 77-95mm and 82-95mm adapter rings allow you to attach the hood to lenses of different sizes.

Thanks to the smart mount, the matte box or filters do not vignette even with wide lenses.

Four 1/4' threaded connections allow accessories to be attached above the lens hood.
