PolarPro Mini MagLock ShortStache Mist/PL 1/2 Diffusion Filter

The PolarPro Mini MagLock ShortStache Mist/PL 1/2 is a magnetic combination filter developed in collaboration between PolarPro and photographer Garrett King (Shortstache), combining a circular polarizing filter (CPL) with a 1/2-stop stronger Black Mist filter. The filter eliminates reflections and deepens colors while creating a signature, soft, cinematic glow in highlights and adding a subtle vintage feel to your images.

The ShortStache 1/2 Mist/PL filter is designed for situations where you want a more distinct cinematic look and softer contrast than the lighter Everyday version. The CPL section cuts surface reflections and increases color saturation, while the 1/2 Black Mist section softens bright light sources and skin tones in an organic way.

The filter is supplied with durable aluminum Defender Caps for both the front and rear, ensuring full protection of the optical surfaces during transport and storage.

Compatibility:

• Requires PolarPro Mini MagLock BasePlate to function (available for Fujifilm X100VI and Leica Q3 models, as well as 43–55 mm filter threads)
