The DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise series is a drone series designed for professional use, with three versions: the M3E, which is especially suitable for mapping, the M3T with a thermal camera, and the M3M with a multispectral camera. This C1-rated version of the M3E drone is the latest addition to the series. Thanks to lighter batteries, the drone weighs less than 900 grams, and the classification has been changed from the previous C2 category to the C1 category. Flights near settlements no longer require an A2 theory test, but are flown according to the open subcategory A1 flight rules. Due to the smaller battery, the flight time is reduced to a maximum of 36 minutes (45 minutes for the C2 version).
Compared to the consumer-grade Mavic 3 Pro drone, the Enterprise includes an advanced RC Pro Enterprise controller, connections for additional components (including speaker, additional lights, RTK, D-RTK 2 ground station), improved software compatibility (Mission Planning, FlightHub 2), data import/export, and a 20-megapixel MFT sensor in the camera. The camera is optimized for mapping and features, among other things, a faster frame rate, large pixel size, and a mechanical shutter. The communication protocol between the drone and the transmitter is O3 Enterprise instead of the normal O3. The delivery includes 12 months of DJI Enterprise Care Basic coverage.
The DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise C1 drone weighs 865 grams and due to its small size, the Mavic 3 Enterprise drone is easy and quick to set up and ready for use. The drone is delivered in a hard case. Due to its size, the Mavic 3 Enterprise drone is easy to carry with you on foot, on an ATV, on a boat or on a snowmobile.
The C1-rated version does not require the A2 exam, which is taken as a hands-on theory test, but the A1/A3 exam, which is taken as an online exam, is sufficient for flying under both A1 and A3 flight rules.
The Mavic 3 Enterprise features a wide-angle 4/3-format (MFT) CMOS sensor with 20 megapixels. Compared to consumer drones, the Enterprise version has a mechanical shutter in addition to an electronic shutter, which provides sharper and more stable images in challenging shooting conditions. For telephoto, the drone also has a 12 megapixel camera with a 162mm film equivalent and a 56x hybrid zoom.
The wide-angle camera has a large 3.3um pixel size, which improves camera performance, especially in low-light photography.
With a single battery, the drone can fly for up to 45 minutes and map up to 2 square kilometers of terrain.
The DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise series drones feature advanced obstacle detection systems that help the drone monitor its surroundings and stop dangerous control commands. The detection system distances and the strength of the drone's braking can be adjusted to suit your specific use. The advanced Return-to-Home (RTH) function returns the drone to its starting point at the controller's command and when the connection to the drone is lost.
The basic delivery includes 12 months of DJI Enterprise Care Basic coverage.
The professional-grade RC Pro Enterprise controller included with DJI Enterprise drones allows for easier mission planning than ever before.
You can use DJI's own software for planning flight missions, such as DJI Pilot 2, DJI FlightHub 2 and DJI Terra. You can import and export data from the device, for example, via a memory card inserted into the controller. In addition to DJI's own software, you can use Pix4D or Pixpro software as planning and analysis software.
DJI's Enterprise series of professional devices uses the DJI Pilot 2 application as the flight application. With Pilot 2, you can plan your flight missions directly on the controller's screen. A flight mission can be, for example, a predefined route, a mapping mission from a specific height and angle, or a corridor-type mapping mission, where the condition of a road or river environment is mapped according to a pre-planned route.
You can also develop your own applications for DJI Enterprise series drones (PSDK interface, Mobile SDK 5 and Cloud API).
Service contracts are available for DJI Enterprise series drones. There are two types of contracts available: Care Refresh and Care Pro.
The Care Refresh service agreement covers the repair or replacement costs of your drone if it is damaged, for example, as a result of a collision. Covered events include collision, drone getting wet, loss (flyaway) and wear and tear. The amount of loss compensation is limited.
The Care Pro plan is designed for high-flying customers and covers unlimited repairs. The plan also includes one scheduled drone maintenance per year, as well as DJI chat and phone support.

Please note that with accessories, the weight of a C1-rated drone increases to over 900 grams and the drone loses its C1 rating. Therefore, we recommend a C2-rated version with accessories.
