DJI Care Refresh additional service for Air 2S (12 months)

DJI Care Refresh provides you with additional protection when flying with your DJI Air 2S quadcopter. The additional service covers damage outside of the normal warranty, such as falling into water, colliding with a tree or wall.

The first replacement cost is €119 and the second replacement cost is €149. The DJI Care Refresh service is valid for one year and includes two replacements with the above deductibles.

The additional service also includes Flyaway protection, which covers the loss of the drone during flight. Please note that your DJI account and remote controller must be connected to the drone in advance.

With the DJI Care Refresh additional service, you get fast service when replacing your device.

The additional service must be activated within 48 hours of starting up your new Air 2S quadcopter. The additional service can also be activated after 48 hours by following the instructions provided separately by DJI: repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload

The additional service is a card delivered by mail that contains an activation code that you can use to activate the DJI Care Refresh additional service via DJI's website.
