Nikon TC-14E ??III 1.4x teleconverter as a replacement. Recommended only for fast telephoto lenses (f/2.8 or f/4). When using a teleconverter, the light output decreases by one stop. For example, when used with a 400mm f/2.8 lens, the view becomes equivalent to 560mm at f/4.
