SmallRig 6047 is a compact and lightweight wooden side handle that turns a flat and slippery smartphone into a sturdy shooting tool. The sturdy grip relaxes your arms, reducing video shake and making panning shots much smoother.

Real wood is a completely superior handle material, it is naturally grippy and feels pleasant in the hand. The biggest advantage, especially in Finnish conditions, is that the wood does not shimmer when it is freezing cold, and it does not become slippery from sweat in the summer heat. Thanks to the symmetrical and rounded design, you can grip the handle naturally in any position, which makes it much easier to shoot from the very edge of the ground or from high above your head, for example.

Additionally, the side grip moves your hand slightly away from the phone itself, preventing your fingers from accidentally getting caught in front of the ultra-wide-angle lenses of today's phones. The grip utilizes SmallRig's Hawklock H11 quick-release mount, so it snaps onto a compatible phone cage on the fly without any screwing.

Although the handle weighs less than 80 grams, the solid aluminum frame inside makes it mechanically very durable. The handle can easily carry a load of up to 15 kilograms, so the stability does not end even with a heavier accessory configuration.
