PolarPro Mini MagLock BasePlate 46mm

The PolarPro Mini MagLock BasePlate is an adapter plate that attaches to the front thread of a lens and forms the base for the Mini MagLock magnetic filter system. The low-profile plate allows for quick attachment and removal of filters and lens caps without having to screw the threads back and forth.

The mounting plate attaches directly to the front thread of the lens, leaving a low-profile surface for magnetic accessories. The system speeds up the exchange of filters and caps in changing lighting and shooting conditions. Brass threads prevent shearing and thread wear during the mounting process.

The base plate comes with an aluminum Defender Cap lens cover that magnetically attaches directly to the base plate and protects the front element during transport and storage.

The mounting plate is available in different screw-driven versions. It is suitable for SLR lenses and fixed focal length compact cameras that have a suitable filter thread (or thread adapter):
