The Panasonic Lumix G 20mm f/1.7 II ASPH is a very compact Micro Four Thirds (m4/3) compatible “pancake” lens. The lens is equally suitable for shooting indoors without flash, as well as for shooting situations on the street. An excellent choice as a second lens alongside a kit zoom.

The lens is compatible with all m4/3 system cameras.

When this LUMIX G 20mm lens is attached to the LUMIX G Micro System body, you can use advanced contrast-based autofocus and face detection, making shooting more comfortable and convenient.

Thanks to the circularly closing 7-blade diaphragm, the out-of-focus area remains pleasantly soft when using a larger aperture value.

The lens features seven elements arranged in five groups. It uses multi-layer coatings to reduce ghosting and flare and improve optical performance. Its two aspherical elements effectively reduce distortion and chromatic aberrations, so resolution remains high even in the corners.
